Amy's poem

My Stars.

Stars dancing in the dark just like fireflies,
They can never die,
They shine and shine forever more,
They keep me happy amused when I am bored,
These are stars they shine so bright,
They glow like fire,
They shine like ruby’s they fly and fly higher,
They twinkle, Twinkle star so bright,
Everyone is calm tonight.

  1. Well done Amy. I really love the personification in this poem.
In the 4th line I'm not sure if you meant to use both 'happy' and 'amused'--maybe have a look at this before you write your final draft. Also you don't need an apostrophe in "ruby's".
