A Heart Breaker.

If you looked inside a girls heart,
You would see how much she really cries,
You would find secrets hidden,
Best friends and lies,
But what you would see the most,
Is how hard it really is to stay strong,
When nothing is ever right,
And everything is always wrong.

Them.

They shout,
they scream,
They dance,
They beam,
They listen,
They don’t,
They hiss,
They ‘augh’,
They laugh and joke,
They work hard,
They concentrate,
They are the future generation.

The Venus fly trap

The Venus fly trap sat in the dusk
Board and hungry he did not rest
In the wind he shivered and blushed
He opened his mouth wide and clear
A fly flow in with no idear
He shut his mouth and started to munch
He thought to him self
Fore he was alive to live another dusk.

Clouds are a bed of cotton
Clouds are candy sweets
Clouds are the white snow
Clouds are volcanoes ready to explode
Clouds are tortoise moving slow
Clouds are black ebony
Clouds are evil madness
Clouds are calm and still

Amy's poem

My Stars.

Stars dancing in the dark just like fireflies,
They can never die,
They shine and shine forever more,
They keep me happy amused when I am bored,
These are stars they shine so bright,
They glow like fire,
They shine like ruby’s they fly and fly higher,
They twinkle, Twinkle star so bright,
Everyone is calm tonight.

The Wind

The wind is a song
It’s cold just like a freezer
It twirls like a ballerina
It is a human breathing

Katie's poems

The bright light

Through out the night
I saw a bright light
I followed it fast
And suddenly it passed.

The next night was here
And there it shone next to my peer
I warned her to quiet and still
But then there was a great big thrill.

The light started speaking very loud
It sounded so strong so big so loud
I got rather scared and ran off to hide
But this big bold light was full of pride.

The sea

The sea is wrinkly, like an old mans face
The sea was a big blue mattress for you to lie on
The sea is a lot of deep water
Full of memories

The sea is a path, to lots of places
The sea is a road to your friends
But some of the memories are bad
They don’t always sail they make ships sink in the waves.

But also these memories are happy and good
It is like a human let free
All of the waves travel together
It is a group of friends.

The Sea

There once was a man from the sea
All the time he hoped he wouldn’t pee
So he held it in fast
And then it all passed
The desperate old man from the sea.

The Flower

As the weather turned bad
The flowers leaves spoke in the rain
Then it turned into a terrible storm
The Flowers waved in the wind,
They jumped across the soil.
The storm finally stopped
And the flowers stem reached into the sky.

The Moon

The moon is like a big ball of cheese,
The moon is a torch of light Guiding explores to the safe place they will Stay the night.
The moon is like two beady eyes gazing at us while we eat our pies.
The moon is like a beautiful mirror reflecting the shining sun.

The Ballad of Sally and John

It was 1832,
Sally lives in the country,
She had a lover it true,
But John lived in the city.

They arranged to meet up quietly,
At the old inn harbour,
But as far as the eye could see,
John was in for a ghastly treat.

He reaches the old inn harbour,
Waiting for Sally patiently,
A man in a Black suit
Arrested him and John was gone!

Sally was forbidden to go to the city,
But caught a bus and went anyway,
She reached his house and looked so pretty,
But was told he was getting killed .

She ran to the murder scene,
Confused she was so very,
She felt they were being so mean,
So she wept on the way

By the time she got there,
His head was gone,
So she took a knife chopped of her hair
And plunged right through her heart.

She fell to the ground instantly,
With blood from corner to corner
The last word she heard was that evil man was alive.

The Moon and the playground

The moon poem

The moon shone brightly,
The moon shone darkly,
The moon was sometimes small,
The moon lay up there,
The moon lay down there,
The moon was sometimes small,
The moon lay gracefully,
The moon lay unhappily,
The moon was sometimes small,
The moon stood up,
Until early morning,
And then went down to bed,
The moon turned bright,
After being up all night,
And this is all the moon.

The playground

The gates go ching chang,
People go ha-ha-ha,
People going whizzing,
Always hearing banging,
This is the playground.

Matty's poems

The Sea.

The sea is a clashing drum,
The sea is a screaming mum,
The sea is glistening glass,
The sea is a shouting class,

The sea was an angry clown,
Until it got turned upside down,
The sea is a cheerful chum,
The sea is a happy mum.

By Matty Morrell.

The Playground

Crash, bang and splat,
The small guy loses his hat,
Thud, thump and pting,
The ball hits the post,
A fling,
Whiz, scrape and crack,
The big guy gives a whack,
The gates go ching-chang,
The children laugh and chuckle,
Ahhh the playground.

Kinkaku.
The sleeping river,
The trees wave all night long,
Kinkaku stands strong.

The book by Chloe

The book’s words leaped of the page,
And hit my eyes,
They made there way to my head,
Pages flicked from one to anther,
The last page flicked past me,
There was a loud thud as all the pages flew past
All the pages flew in front of me,
Hitting one anther as they fell into a deep sleep.

All he saw was she.

Were-wolves by Siobhan

Running away
The wolves play
Mussely and bold
But never cold

If angry and sad
They will go mad
Turning into a beast
It’s not a treat

There was a girl
She was called pearl
Went to school
She was so cool

Met a man
He had a tan
His name was Tay
She thought he was lame

He didn’t tell her
He had fur
He was dangerous
Also famous

A big bear too,
He’s my favourite bear,
He’s Winnie the pooh.

He needs more hunny,
And he needs it quick.

Tiger is orange,
Eeyore is blue,
Hunny is sweet,
Says Winnie the pooh.

The Planet

The planet swept around its orbit,
Throwing out anything in its way,
The planet glowed its red colour,
Using it as its torch.

The planet’s craters stood out bold,
Flying in time with the sphere,
The planet stared at the sun,
It’s beady eyes hidden in a storm.

The planet ran a marathon,
To race it’s other brothers,
The planet fell asleep up high,
Waiting for the sun to bring another day.

Millie's poems

Trees

The trees stretched as the night fell,
Their fingers waved,
As the wind blew, they scratched,
I swear they were statues,
But then they crouched over the hills.

The Sea

The Sea is a big blue blanket,
Covering the world,
The sea is a cold melted ice cube,

The sea is a surrounding forest,
Around us always,

Chloe's Poem

The moon

The moon comes out at night,
The moon is my bedside light,
The moon shines in sky,
The moon is as round as a pie,
The moon is way up high,
And stays out until morning light,
The moon is a lump of cheese,
And as round as garden peas.
