The planet swept around its orbit,
Throwing out anything in its way,
The planet glowed its red colour,
Using it as its torch.
The planet’s craters stood out bold,
Flying in time with the sphere,
The planet stared at the sun,
It’s beady eyes hidden in a storm.
The planet ran a marathon,
To race it’s other brothers,
The planet fell asleep up high,
Waiting for the sun to bring another day.
